Weather is expected to be moderate and dry in Tehran during the month of October. The average of maximum temperature is 29°C & minimum 10°C then, with almost no chance of rain. Drugs and Alcoholic drinks are forbidden in Iran. You are not allowed to bring them with yourself. While in Iran you will not be served any kinds of alcoholic drinks.
The monetary unit in Iran is the “Rial”; but in daily conversation Tooman (equivalent to 10 Rials) is used. Bank notes of 100; 200; 500; 1,000; 2,000; 5,000; 10,000; and 20,000 Rials are in circulation. US$ 1 corresponds approximately to 9,200 Rials (920 Toomans).

While roaming, it is cheaper to receive calls from home than vice versa.
